Mad honey, also known as "deli bal" or "honey of the forest," is a type of honey that is produced by bees that collect nectar from the rhododendron flower. Considered a delicacy by some, the nectar of the rhododendron flower contains a chemical called grayanotoxin, which can cause hallucinations.
